At the Torarica Group, we greatly appreciate it when guests and visitors share their most memorable moments with us.
To ensure that all shared photos, videos, and stories reflect our values and atmosphere, we have established a number of conditions.
Your story can be submitted via:
- Our official email address: torstories@torarica.com
- Social media by using the hashtag #TorStories and tagging any Torarica page
All stories submitted via email or social media are the responsibility of the submitter. The Torarica Group is not liable for any claims, damage, or loss resulting from shared photos and videos. By sending your story accompanied by a nice photo or video, you agree to our terms and conditions. The Torarica Group reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time.
Terms and conditions
- No offensive, inappropriate, or derogatory language
- All submitted content must be respectful and appropriate
- No political statements or content
- Content may not contain political views, opinions, or politically charged material
- Respect and consideration for others
- Content must take into account the feelings, values, and culture of others
- Originality of content
- All submitted content must be the original work of the participant and may not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
- No sharing of personal information without permission
- It is not permitted to share private information about yourself or third parties without explicit permission
- Safety above all else
- Content may not contain or promote dangerous or harmful activities
- No copyrighted material without permission
- Do not use material protected by copyright unless you have the appropriate permission
- Positive reflection of the Torarica Group
- Your story must portray the Torarica Group brand in a positive light and reflect the core values of our company
- Photos or videos must meet the minimum resolution requirements for the platform on which they are shared:
- Photos: square, minimum 2000x2000 pixels
- Reels and videos: minimum 1080x1920 pixels
By submitting your story via torstories@torarica.com or using the hashtag #TorStories on social media and tagging any Torarica page, you grant the Torarica Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and unlimited right to use, publish, edit, and distribute this content for all communication and marketing purposes within the Torarica Group, both online and offline.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Website (homepage, galleries, “TORstories” tab)
- Newsletters
- Printed matter and other marketing materials
