Incidental Chage Policy

Dear Valued Guest,

We are pleased to inform you of the recently introduced Incidental Charge Policy, which applies
applicable to all room reservations. The purpose of this policy is to collect a pre
specified amount to be collected to cover possible incidental damage to the room. The amount to be
payable is separate from the regular room rate and is refundable if no
damage is inflicted. Below are the details.

International Guests:
Incidental charge: $50.00 per night.
• For guests staying 1 to 4 nights.
Example: for 1 night stay the charge is 1x $50.00, for 2 nights it is
2x $50.00.
• For stays of more than 4 nights, a flat rate of $200.00 per
stay.
In this case, the account will not be set to no-post, and a daily discharge must
take place via the credit limit check.

Local Guests:
Incidental charge: SRD 400.00 per stay.
• Regardless of the length of stay, whether it is one night or multiple nights.
In this case, however, the reservation will be set to no-post.
